Apartment block car park with heavy oil stains from vehicles, moss & algae build up causing a slip hazard for residents.

Revive Driveways worked their magic on our faded and hazardous tarmac car park, and the end finish was just amazing!

Not only did they manage to remove all the stubborn oil stains that had plagued the car park for years from vehicles, but they also removed all the old moss and algae that had built up which was causing a slip hazard for our residents living there.  

From receiving the quotation Revive managed to book us in and transform our car park within a matter of days. We had major ground in oil staining from the residents’ vehicles, as well as having had fallen leaves from neighbouring bushes and shrubs which had turned into a thick, slippery pulp on the surface of the car park when wet. The team at Revive got to power washing, de weeding and scrubbing this debris from the car park surface before applying their smart seal recolouring product.

Their paint technology adds the lost resins back into the tarmac making the surface flexible again preventing it from cracking and breaking up. It also adds a water resistance barrier, repels moss and algae build up as well as giving an anti-slip coating to the surface. Thus, making it the perfect solution for our car park issues. 

The process was quick and efficient, and the results were simply outstanding. Our once dull, patchy, and moss ridden car park now looks so inviting and welcoming for its residents. The brand-new appearance to the car park makes it look like it’s just been freshly laid, uplifting the whole outside area of the apartment complex. We have made a massive cost saving here as well as being able to keep our maintenance levels down for future car park repairs.
